Terms of Use

Wavely is an internet radio platform that lets you discover and stream live radio stations, save favorites, view listening statistics, and identify songs. Radio streams are operated by third parties; Wavely aggregates and links to them but does not own, control, or guarantee their content or availability.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using Wavely, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can enter into a binding agreement.

Some features require a Wavely account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the app.

Wavely Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. Pricing, trial length, and billing period are shown before you purchase.

Purchases made through an Apple app are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Any free-trial period is forfeited if you purchase Pro during the trial.

Purchases made on the web are processed by our billing provider and renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel from your account settings. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; for web purchases, contact us.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Copy, record, redistribute, or rebroadcast radio streams or other content except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data beyond normal personal use;
• Misuse another person’s account or impersonate any person or entity;
• Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Radio streams and any linked content are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party streams. If you connect a third-party service such as Spotify, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

The Wavely name, logo, apps, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any radio stream will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
